There was one a Project going on to Extend the Runway in a Airport and there were people working on the same to extend the runway. A Press Reporter passed by each person working there asking them how passionate are they about their work. First he went to the Supervisor and asked what is he doing. He was busy looking at the plan and design and said “building a Runway or something like that” and walked out to coordinate with somebody else. Then the Reporter went to the Mason and asked what is he doing, he replied with lot of frustration and anger “doing something to fill my stomach, just another day of slogging in this hot sun”. Finally the reporter reached a old man who was setting the cement Concrete with lot of Patience and attention. The same question was put forth and the Laborer answered, “I’m laying a Runway so strong and fine that the Airplanes take off smoothly, quickly and higher.

Moral: Most of people do the work just for the Materialistic Needs, fear of insecurity for being outcasted in the Rat Race. On doing so people forget what is passion and passionate about work. Do the work with Passion, love the work you do and naturally everything will fall in place.
